Introduction

Welcome to Krandovir. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our training services, you agree to these terms. Just as every successful run requires preparation and commitment, we ask you to read these terms carefully before engaging with Krandovir.

In these terms, "Krandovir," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Krandovir Running and its affiliated entities, and "you" refers to the individual or entity using our services.

Running Training Services

Eligibility

To participate in our cosmic running training programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Complete our health assessment questionnaire truthfully
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely
  • Obtain medical clearance if required based on your health assessment

Krandovir reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe participation poses a health or safety risk.

Training Commitment

Our cosmic running methodology requires consistent commitment to achieve optimal results. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled training sessions or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
  • Follow the training plans provided by your instructor
  • Use proper running form and techniques as instructed
  • Report any discomfort, pain, or injuries immediately to your instructor
  • Complete assigned training exercises between scheduled sessions

Assumption of Risk

Running and physical exercise involve inherent risks. By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You understand that:

  • Running may result in injuries, soreness, or other physical discomfort
  • Training in outdoor environments exposes you to weather conditions and terrain variations
  • Results vary among individuals based on various factors including genetics, consistency, and prior fitness levels
  • Our cosmic running methodology is designed to push your limits safely, but requires your attentiveness to your body's signals

Purchases and Payments

Training Sessions and Packages

When purchasing training sessions or packages:

  • All payments must be made in advance to secure your booking
  • Training packages have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase
  • Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited unless extended by Krandovir at our discretion
  • Package prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect already purchased packages

Apparel and Merchandise

For purchases from our apparel collection:

  • All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable taxes
  • Product descriptions aim to be accurate, but slight variations in color, material, or design may occur
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the products

Gift Cards

Krandovir gift cards are subject to the following terms:

  • Gift cards are valid for all Krandovir services and products
  • Gift cards have no expiration date and no maintenance fees
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced
  • Gift card balances cannot be transferred to another card

Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy balances flexibility with our need to maintain scheduling commitments:

  • Training Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session.
  • Training Packages: May be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used, less a 15% administrative fee.
  • Apparel: Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Custom items are non-refundable.
  • Events: Event registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with 7 days' notice.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or through our contact form.

Instructor Training Program

For individuals enrolled in our Instructor Training Program:

  • Completion of the program does not guarantee certification
  • Certification requires passing all assessments with minimum scores as specified in program materials
  • Krandovir reserves the right to revoke certification for violation of our code of conduct or misrepresentation of our methodology
  • Certified instructors must complete continuing education requirements to maintain certification
  • Use of the Krandovir name, logo, and training materials is subject to our licensing agreement

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and training materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Krandovir and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Modify, reproduce, or distribute our training methodologies or materials
  • Remove any copyright or trademark notices from our materials
  • Create derivative works based on our cosmic running techniques without permission

Limited license to use materials is granted to clients solely for personal training purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krandovir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of our services, or inability to access or use our services.

Our liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product that is the subject of the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.

Changes to Terms

Just as we continuously refine our running techniques, we may modify these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
